What personal data we collect and why we collect it
e Invite data
We collect data about your wedding/anniversary/birthdays like your name/location/event date/time just to create your e-Invite. We do not collect your email/phone to create the e-Invite you can choose to be completely anonymous & use our website.
The data received is not useful (so we can’t sell) without contact information. We are not interested in selling any information received, hence we introduced a complete anonymous option to use our website.
We collect payment using trusted partners like PayPal, ccavenue, Paytm. You are redirected from our site to make a payment, any information you enter in the payment site is handled by respective site owners. We use payment solution providers that are in the industry for more than 10 years. So your data will be handled with care. You can read their privacy policy on their respective sites.
LINKS TO THE OTHER SITES
Our policy discloses the privacy practices for our own web site only. Our site provides links to other websites also that are beyond our control. We shall in no way be responsible in the way of your use of such sites.
The e-Invite you create is viewable by anyone online with just a link. Search engines can read the information available in the invite although you can request not to crawl your e-Invite, however, it’s up to the search engines to honor the request.
We encourage not to include any of your contact details such as contact phone (or) email on your e-Invite, some service providers on the wedding are so brilliant, they employ people to find these contact information and to contact you personally to sell you wedding services.
We have an RSVP contact form on your e-Invite, anyone can fill the form to contact you, it will be sent to your secure anonymous account.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
We try to delete all the location data associated with any images uploaded, however, no software is 100% efficient. you are uploading images at your own risk & knowing how all it can be misused online.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
Once your e-Invite is expired as per the validity chosen by you, the data is kept for 30 days. If renewal is not made within 30 days the data is completely deleted from our servers. This action is done automatically & it cannot be undone.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
